National Small Business Week (NSBW) runs from April 30th to May 6th.
Led by SBA for over 60 years, the annual tradition is co-hosted by SCORE, America’s small business leader. During NSBW, SBA recognizes the hard work, ingenuity and dedication of America’s small businesses and celebrates their contribution to the economy.
“National Small Business Week celebrates the resilience, innovation and economic power of America’s small businesses and innovative start-ups,” said SBA Administrator Isabella Guzman.
This year marks the return of an in-person awards ceremony in Washington, DC for the first time since 2019. On Sunday, April 30 and on Monday, May 1, the SBA will recognize his 2023 Small Business Person of the Year, representing his 50 states. , District of Columbia, Puerto Rico.
One of the State/Territory Small Businesses of the Year will be named the 2023 National Small Business of the Year at an awards ceremony on Monday, May 1st.
The SBA will also once again co-host the Virtual Summit of the Business Education Forum. More information on speakers and topics will be announced soon.
SBA invites all small business owners, policy makers and stakeholders to participate in the National Small Business Week to help millions of small businesses create jobs, foster innovation and drive economic growth nationwide. We are calling on businesses to support us.
