Mr. Kowalchik is a seasoned finance executive with over 25 years of experience in strategic, management and finance roles in public and private companies in industrial markets. At CPI, she will be responsible for overseeing the financial and administrative functions and assisting in the execution of the company’s growth strategy.
Kowalchik joined CPI last month from Dayco Products, LLC, a manufacturer of engine drive systems, where he served three years as chief financial officer. She has previously held senior level financial positions at Kenwal Steel Corp., Urban Science, Kaydon Corporation and other organizations. She holds a Master of Business Administration degree in Finance. Indiana University He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Accounting. University of Richmond.
