Montgomery County, Tennessee – At approximately 3:50 PM on Friday, March 10, 2023, Montgomery County Sheriff’s Office (MCSO) agents were involved in chasing the vehicle, which collided in the High Street and Perkins Avenue area. When finished.

Montgomery County delegates continued to pursue vehicles that fled the Clarksville city limits, sometimes at speeds in excess of 90 miles per hour. The vehicle eventually crashed downtown. Smith was taken into custody and the two boys were taken into custody.
Two larvae were returned to their mothers. Smith was taken to a hospital where he was examined by medical personnel. He is charged with his two counts of felony evasion, resisting arrest, and reckless endangerment. Investigators were able to confirm that the Nashville Metro Police Department issued Jeffrey Allan Smith his BOLO (Be on the lookout) and charged him with aggravated assault.
