The roundtable also recognized the anniversary of the Friedman Savings Bank founded by President Abraham Lincoln on March 3, 1865.at the suggestion of John Hope Bryant Founder, Chairman and CEO of Operation HOPE of National treasury annex Renamed in 2015.
During the discussion, Bryant also said, HOPE Financial Wellness Index, This reveals a disparity between regions just 5 miles apart in the DC metro area.By paving the way for sustainable entrepreneurship and increasing unpaid engagement HOPE 1MBB Initiative, The organization seeks to improve the overall economic health of the black community. Participants agreed that the need for continued partnership between federal government, private sector organizations, and community leadership can improve economic outcomes for all.
