Terracon was recognized for its disaster leadership before and after Hurricane Ida made landfall in Louisiana on August 29, 2021. From the days before landfall, Terracon’s disaster leadership team worked diligently to anticipate the client’s needs and strengthen resilience. Before the storm hit, multiple processes were underway, including estimating storm damage paths, geographic staging equipment and equipment, assessing available qualified personnel, and preparing clients.
